WordFusion is a fast,
reliable and flexible platform for producing documents that require rules
to determine the final form of the content. It can produce a document from
conditional sections, tables, multiple data sources and use various other formatting
options in a process called document automation.
Help resources and
custom interview questions guide users through an interview process and the
answers collected are assembled into a document template to produce the end
document. The answers are then saved into Answer Files and can be
reused for other documents.

The WordFusion Design Studio provides an environment for Designers to
create Question Files (which provide the interview process), and include
questions, fields, business rules and complex logic. Designers create
document templates with fields that are populated by the assembly process,
minimizing the error factor that repetitive typing introduces. Verb
tenses, gender references, dates, numbers, calculations, repeats, tables
and more are updated automatically as users enter information.
Optional clauses and other documents such as letterhead or variable
paragraphs can be inserted, and fields can be linked to any existing ODBC
data source.
WordFusion reduces
user errors and enables efficient production of complex documents, as well
as dramatically reducing training costs for new and temporary staff.
Question Files incorporate your complex logic and generate unique output
based on your business rules.

1.
Library Files are used to organise,
preview and use WordFusion Files. You can add folders from your computer or
from network locations.
2.
Question Files are used by the user
to enter information. This information is later used in the assembly process
and saved as Answer Files for later document assembly.
3.
Answer Files contain the answers

in later Assembly processes which can pre-populate fields in the Question
File.
